Why should someone with that driving history be entitled to "more fair and affordable insurance options"? She's clearly a massive risk to not only insurance companies, but other road users. Despite this quite spectacular driving record her sense of entitlement is such that she still believes that she is somehow “wronged” in not being able to drive a brand new Range Rover. Bizarre. To a lot of the general public, Price is Queen Katie, who can do no wrong. They aspire to her apparent wealth, her apparent looks, and position in life as someone "done gud". Probably the same type of people who breed cheeky chappie aspiring footballers who just rob people and crash scooters.
