trump's lawyer Emil Bove argued in the so-called Sandoval hearing, wanting to prevent prosecutors from invoking other prior bad acts on cross-ex if trump takes the stand. Doesn't want all of trumps other crimes, court losses brought up as of course it'll point out he's a serial loser.


Doesn't want EJC cases brought up, prosecution does arguing they show a history of sexual misconduct.

Bragg wants to raise the federal judge's finding in sanctioning Trump for filing his RICO case against Hillary Clinton, the one where he and Habba were fined $1m
