Even Fox News is now acknowledging trump’s weakness within the Republican Party. Nikki Haley continues to get a significant amount of votes despite dropping out months ago.

One of those named in the Arizona fake electors is Jake Hoffman who ran Rally Forge, and ran Charlie Kirk’s social media accounts.

During the 2018 midterms, Turning Point USA’s troll farm, Rally Forge, set up a fake groups on Facebook to convince left wing voters in key races to support the Green Party rather than the Dems

This is Hoffman yesterday

And as Lara trump claims they'll have trumpettes involved in every stage of the ballots, watching, touching, the RNC's senior counsel for election integrity was indicted yesterday in Arizona for election conspiracy and fraud.

Claims trump is flouting Federal laws, using a company Red Curve to pay trumps legal costs out of its corporate account, with trumps Pacs repaying the company later.
According to campaign finance experts, this setup appears to flout federal rules requiring the disclosure of vendors, with Red Curve’s advance payments also raising the prospect of corporate in-kind contributions.

https://www.thedailybeast.com/trumps-new-legal-bil...
Payments from five trump PACs go to this entity, and are dubbed “legal reimbursements.” That’s the same scheme he’s on trial for right now

Nearly $8M dollars was paid to unknown people by this entity, and multiple trump PACs reimburse it. If they were just paying lawyers, why hide it? We see all kinds of trump legal bills. This feels like he’s using this entity to hide where the money is going
There's going to be a lot more to come from this

The FEC, in its entire documented history, has only recorded 252 legal reimbursement payments.
118 of those - almost half - came from Trump committees in the last 15 months.

The first 134 (not Donald’s) amounted to about $550,000.
Trump’s are over $8 million and counting.

A complaints been filed that trumps been illegally hiding payments
https://www.thedailybeast.com/new-complaint-allege...

Also this brings back into focus what happen to the Inauguration money that was misused, Weisselberg signed off, apparently Red Curve involved, Melania blamed Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, who fought back. Shes still annoyed at Maggie Habberman for pushing the trumps misdirection and false stories rather than checking the truth.

Guess what.

After complaining that court was stopping him from campaigning, trump didn't go campaigning on his day off yesterday...

Trump attorney and former OAN talking person Christina Bobb says people will go to jail for election fraud if DePerno wins as Arizona AG: “If you get an AG like Matt DePerno, who’s hell-bent on prosecuting and making sure that people pay for what they did.”

How right she was biggrin

They have her giving an interview saying they have a plan for 3 states to decertify their results and send resolutions to the next Congress after the midterms to overturn the results.

Clever of them to bring in such credible evidence. Maybe the judge could look at some UFO claims from that source while he's at it.

Are you saying Pecker's evidence isn't credible?

"It isn’t political in any sense whatsoever"... you need to do more research... specifically the statements from those who have been ensuring the cases are prosecuted in the way they are.

As I say, if you want to turn a blind eye, I can't help you. That is NOT to say I think Trump is a 'good guy' or a good President or a moral person. But I think most people (who are more neutral than most contributors to this thread) will realise what a dangerous road they are on.
I'm curious to know where you've been able to find the evidence which supports this.

For the avoidance of doubt, I sit in the camp which says that despite everything that's been thrown at him, the jury(s) might not reach a unanimous agreement OR if found guilty he might end up with no more than a 'token punishment'. I also sit in the camp which says there's a moderate chance of him becoming president again. And finally, I don't believe every link which is posted up.

So, you have the opportunity to present your case because you certainly have one person who will listen.

I think there's a world of difference between what he published in the NE to make money and what he is being obliged to say under oath as a human being (sort of). A role he was apparently struggling with on day two of his testimony.

Have you forgotten/overlooked, as just one example, that this fellow tried to end the democratic process in the US?
Which court concluded that?
That's not the definition attempting something.

Courts just decide if what you did is a crime.

confused

It's credible evidence of the BS that Pecker was publishing to help Trump. And the Enquirer hasn't always peddled total BS... https://edition.cnn.com/2020/05/17/opinions/nation...
