45th President Of The United States, Donald Trump (Vol. 14)
Discussion
defendants submitted blatantly false financial data to the accountants, resulting in
fraudulent financial statements. When confronted at trial with the statements, defendants’ fact
and expert witnesses simply denied reality, and defendants failed to accept responsibility or to
impose internal controls to prevent future recurrences. As detailed herein, this Court now finds
defendants liable, continues the appointment of an Independent Monitor, orders the installation
of an Independent Director of Compliance, and limits defendants’ right to conduct business in
New York for a few years.

The next 8 months are going to get worse and worse for him. Plenty more to come yet.
I agree. But it does make me wonder if it will ever get to a point where the Republican party wonders if it's a good idea to get behind such a fundamentally dishonest person for President? I've a feeling it is only the law itself that can stop him in that respect. Randy Winkman said:

I've always thought it will reach a tipping point this summer particularly after a criminal conviction and the GOP will be in absolute chaos as Trump becomes untenable. The GOP convention will be like no other in history.I'm sticking to my view
Habba has been rolled out to express disgust for trump and push his lies
"This verdict is a manifest injustice - plain and simple. It is the culmination of a multi-year, politically fueled witch hunt that was designed to 'take down Donald trump,' before Letitia James ever stepped foot into the Attorney General’s office."
The internet responds, not impressed by her assessment.
Habba blabbers outside the courtroom,. stumbles and bumbles inside it

The "witch hunt" claim is clearly just something to say when you don't actually have a logical argument. "This verdict is a manifest injustice - plain and simple. It is the culmination of a multi-year, politically fueled witch hunt that was designed to 'take down Donald trump,' before Letitia James ever stepped foot into the Attorney General’s office."

(I do appreciate that such things do happen to some people sometimes.)

Habba claiming now that trump will appeal.
He has to deposit a lot of money to do so and this judgment means pretty much no one will bear the risk of lending to him. A real conundrum Oh….
