I can't see him losing, if there is one thing that this current parliament does very well it is making bad decisions.
Brave stuff from him though - the greens are the political equivalent of wearing lead boots and had to go.
Greens, Labour, Lib dems and Conservatives have all said they will vote against Humza in the Nk confidence vote.Brave stuff from him though - the greens are the political equivalent of wearing lead boots and had to go.
If Ash Regan votes no hes screwed
If Sturgeons arrested hes screwed
If an SNP goes rogue hes screwed.
If all that happens the parties over.
Party have 28 days to find a new leader after that. They struggled last time.
Im calling a full double Scottish parliment and Westminster election.

If Nippy gets lifted in the next few days and cant vote in the No Confidence vote Ash Regans vote wont be so decisive
Can she vote if she’s on bail? Murrell was lifted and bailed the same day. Would be funny if she was in the cells during the vote. It’ll also fuel a million conspiracy theories, in both directions, if she’s lifted on the day of the vote or the day after sherman said:

Bail conditions would probably be along the lines of no contact with the snp. Would make entering parliment difficult. Murrell resigned from the party. I would expect Sturgeon would have to too.

Shes not giving the vote for free. She wants votes herself

LOL. Regan wanted a referendum on Holyrood being given the powers to have pointless referenda on matters it does not have the power to legislate for.https://www.edinburghnews.scotsman.com/news/politi...
None of it binding, none of it enforceable. Just expensive opinion polls paid for by the taxpayer. Legislating literally for the Neverendum.
I think the Rest of World has moved on from that nonsense.
The UK has learned that close-run referenda are politically corrosive for all concerned and lead to nothing more than wars of attrition. See Brexit.

I know this may be a little far fetched, but I can see Yousaf resigning before Wednesday’s vote.
I doubt it but if he gets wind of a rebelion that will see him out anyway he might climb down but he wasnt bright enough to see the problems with the Greens 2 days ago. I guess we will see next week.
Watching some of the online commentators on the SNP / Green situation, they are saying is all kicking off behind the scenes, now I don't know if any of it is to be believed but there must be some truth to it.
Dumza will be the focus of the SNP's attention with the high rollers in the party probably gunning for his resignation, he's desperately trying to spin a line of "look at what the Toaries are doing to the UK" same old pish which got tired years ago, he's finished and knows it but he's determined to cling on whatever it takes.
I think he'll be gone soon.
