Not a robbery though was it:

Section 8(1) TA 1968 defines robbery as follows: "A person is guilty of robbery if the person steals, and immediately before or at the time of doing so, and in order to do so, they use force on any person or puts or seeks to put any person in fear of being then and there subjected to force.

It was 1.31 in the morning, they didn't threaten anyone.

It is only very very stupid people who think the law is stupid. And avoid like the plague, loud attention seeking wannabe gangsters who are in it for the glory, to be a face, to be a name. They don't mean to fk up. They just do.
