Played for Hibs in the 70's.

Or a fashion designer.

Topped himself apparently.

You've done very little to deflect that either...perhaps a link?

Who?

For me that is a genuine question - but then again, I'm not into fashion.

A British fashion designer, and a jolly good one IMO. Mrs Quaint's a big fan of his stuff. It's always a shame when someone talented hops the twig too young.

Particularly when its self inflicted. You have to be in a dark, dark place to check out like that (rather than a boo hoo I want attention scratch my wrists type of "suicide" attempt).

But obviously not quite "meh" enough for you ignore the thread?

I aspire to be an internet cool kid one day.

I often think people who are engaged in this type of "show" business can be victims of various mental problems, such as bipolar disorder. In other words, the atributes that drive them to be high achievers are the same atributes that can also cause them to have dark thoughts about themselves.

The saddest thing about this?

It gets a bright red "BREAKING NEWS" ticker, with obituaries, photo galleries, "Your memories", "An unimaginable loss" ad nauseam.

The latest British soldier KIA (number 257) is pushed to one side, so easily ignored.
