We house these creatures, fund their care, rehab. It’s gets thrown back in our faces.

Venables deserves one thing, one thing only. And that’s a single 9mm shell in the back of his head.
That's actually a bullet you mean there. But, anyway....unless you are totally hard of thinking you surely must realise that this is not about Venables, as such. It's about contempt of court. She was fortunate not to be spending tonight inside.

Very fortunately we live in sufficiently civilised society with a independent justice system where anybody descending to that base level of populist tabloid vigilantism and subsequently being found guilty of committing first degree murder by pulling the trigger would be given a mandatory life sentence.
We don't have a justice system, we have a legal system. When it punishes people for vigilantism - or contempt - it is not about justice and all about power.

Emotion > reason when dealing with internet hard men.

It's a proven fact that every vigilante has a mis-spaced number plate.

How did Tina Malone get to know, what should have been confidential information ?

Simply by sharing info that was going round
Its partly down to how the internet works, Just recently a bloke was wanted for knife crime. Plod for reasons didn't give hive image out. But someone shared the blokes facebook profile on a newspaper online comments article and the cat was out the bag
I'm being as vague as I think I ought to be here:

Back in the day it was widely thought that one of these 2 was at a place just outside Blackpool and it concerned people.
More recently a guy who wasn't him who lived just outside Blackpool was thought to be him someone was suspicious of this bloke and decided to try his hand at amateur CSI and put 2+2 came up with 5
Rumours built and the guy had to move

Very much the case it seems.
However I have no intention of demeaning both myself and due legal process by descending to the same level.

Then there was the time Reddit cocked up with the Boston Marathon bombing sleuthing. Kid looked to have killed himself.

But what’s that got to do with Tina Malone and her contempt of court?

We don’t have the death penalty in this country, so you can’t do that either for the killers. I’d like to think that both should still be locked up in a very dark place with little hope of release though.
More is the pity. It would save an awful lot of money and go some way to bring closure for the victims. As it is, I would hardly call things 'civilised'.

The bit in bold, as asked / discussed by everyone since your post.

No ?

Shame.

I'm very surprised any other country would want him. I would have thought anonymity wouldn't be allowed to apply for emigration.

Agreed. Why should we inflict our infamous criminals on another country?

Ahhh the Daily Star (which the Mirror links to) citing 'top-level sources': https://www.dailystar.co.uk/news/latest-news/child...

I can't think of anything more reliable than that combo.

Sailing close to the wind I’d have thought . I don’t know the exact wording of the injunctions but anything that could lead to his identification or whereabouts could be an offence

I'd have thought austrailia would be more appropriate.
