Err, to decide if he actually did breach the terms of his licence?
He's guilty of the horrific murder of a toddler, more than enough reason to lock him away regardless of any terms of licences.
As a 10 year old child, well below the age of criminal responsibility...

So, after jumping through those hoops, he reaches adulthood and, as it turns out, this chap continues to be a blight on society.
The above post is a prime example of the ability of newspapers to convince people that they're not just making up any old bks to make a profit.
Unless he hasn't been taken back to jail for breaching the terms of his parole, I'm not sure I understand your point.
No, you clearly don't. People accused of a crime are not a "blight on society".
Oh I see. Well, technically, you're right of course, so I'm happy to concede and let you nurse your pedantry for a few weeks until the accusation becomes a conviction.
...and there you go again.

Prison should prison, hard labour and lock down for the worst offenders and bring back the death penalty for absolute, proven to be guilty sex and murder crimes.
Are you trying to say the current system does not consider those it jails to be absolute, proven to be guilty offenders?

No system is infallible.
so he would put to death the bbc presenter who is guilty of a sex crime?

should prison be just punishment or rehabilitation?
They had rehabilitation.

How many chances do we give people?
Or to turn it around, how many lives do we let these people wreck? I dislike Daily Mail type sensationalism, but in this case it's fairly obvious the kids were 'unhinged' to say the least so entirely unsurprising one has re offended and possibly ruined yet another life.

tell me what proof of someone elses life have they ruined do you have? yes they were obviously unhinged but if we are not willing to accept people can be rehabilitated then we might as well just shoot them at the beginning. vvv difficult case - not sure its possible to punish a 10 year old without turning them into a future blight on society.

Another thread that shows clearly the depth of stupidity that passes for normal on PH today.

No wonder "newspapers" like the Sun and Mail sell so many copies. The UK is obviously full of angry, moronic t*ssers.

Something that has yet to be proven.

Like everybody else in the UK, he is innocent until a judge decides otherwise, something that is very pertinent in this case, given the effectively blind “reporting” currently taking place and the reputation of the organisations making the claims. No matter how disgusted we are with his actions, both as an adult and as a 10 year old child, we musnt let our feelings get in the way of a fair trial.

IF convicted, my personal view is that he should have his licence revoked and for his own sake, transferred to a prison in another country.
