When my land-line telephone bill came in recently I took the time to read the leaflet that accompanied it. I noticed that the after 6pm cheap rate' is being moved to 7pm from April 1. How many people consciously wait until after 6pm before making a long distance call? I think this will catch a few people out.

BT are changing off peak to begin at 7pm from April and TalkTalk are doing to same from June 1st.

All my normal landline calls (01/02 numbers) are free.

Yep, it's a bit of quiet BT change that's largely escaped notice.

Time to change provider.

I'm glad someone else spotted it - it was in a small font in what looked like a flyer redcard
