Anti-Terrorist Hotline - don't we already have one of those anyway? 999? Why do we need a new set of people manning a separate hotline when we already have an emergency number?

1984 - report your neighbours for thought-crime.

Wonder how much trouble you'd get in if you told them your neighbour has just taken delivery of a Illudium Q-36 Explosive Space Modulator and paid in cash........................ have to see if I can find a none traceable way to crank call!

How many people will report Brown to the anti-terrorist hotline? After all, terrorism is promoting fear in the populace to change behaviours and achieve your goals. Isn't this exactly what Brown is doing with this sort of advertising, encouraging us to be fearful and change our behaviour through threats?

TBH I do think one of the greatest threats to Britain is the current government. They've successfully fked up Britain in a way that would make Osama proud.

Or that a man dressed in black was taking photographs and making notes in a busy shopping area.

Won't be long before this is misused to get one over on a neighbour you have a petty dispute with.

Yep I also fit the profile, I'm also pretty much everything else you mention as well apart from being pleasant, educated & middle-class.
