HAve you not realised these horrid little wkers don't care about the law? It doesn't work for these people. Hence why another one dead is often the only way to get them out of that mindset. A bit barbaric but its the only way some of these punks will stop being a burden to society.

Fine, as I said in my post if they show no interest in being rehabilitated then lock them up long term and put them to some use, don't stab them in the streets.HAve you not realised these horrid little wkers don't care about the law? "Gtr Manchester"
what?Sky News said:
Anthony Kershaw, 25, was killed after arguing with a 52-year-old man in Great Howarth, Rochdale, Greater Manchester.
The householder had apparently called police because of nuisance behaviour outside his ground-floor flat.
Police were first alerted just after midnight and paramedics took Mr Kershaw to hospital but he died at 10.50am on Tuesday.
A Greater Manchester Police spokeswoman said: "Police investigating a murder
are questioning a 52-year-old man who is in custody."
Locals said Mr Kershaw, the father of a 14-month-old son, was out on the estate where he lived with his brother and a cousin and they had been drinking.
There had been noise and disturbance outside the flat, the ground floor of a three-storey building.
A row developed during which Mr Kershaw was stabbed. Some news reports said a gang member urinated through the letterbox of the property.
Friends paid tribute to Mr Kershaw on Facebook, describing him as a "top bloke" and a "genuine chap".
A post by Natalie Brierley, the mother of his 14-month-old son Stevie, read: "i love u so much baby today and foreva today me n our baby got our guardian angel".
Police forensic experts were combing the area outside the flat, concentrating on a patch of grass where Mr Kershaw lay dying.
One local neighbour said: "I saw the lad who was injured and he was screaming, 'I've been stabbed. I've been stabbed'.
"The whole estate is rough - just look at it. The council need to sort it out but they don't bother."
Detective Chief Inspector Jon Chadwick from Greater Manchester Police said: "This was a fairly isolated incident and we are confident we will be able to establish exactly what happened that resulted in this man's death.
"If anyone has any information about what happened, please don't hesitate to get in touch."
Three men, aged 20, 21, and 23, have been arrested on suspicion of burglary, police confirmed. Two were bailed until July pending further inquiries and the 23-year-old was later released without charge.
:: Anyone with information should call police on 0161 856 5860 or call the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously on 0800 555 111.

With all the talk over replacing/not replacing Trident after the next election, can we not just dispose of our existing nukes by setting one off somewhere around Wigan? If the fallout took out Manchester & Liverpool, then the cut in benefits payments might sort out most of the deficit.
Slightly flawed plan.I think you may find the resultant loss of tax receipts from the nearby Wilmslow-Alderly Edge-Prestbury traingle, and neighbouring organge Chesire might be a bit of an own goal.

1) What a shock the mother and baby have a different surname to him.
2) Rochdale is not Manchester....its just part of some imagined council entity "greater manchester" which no-one other than manchester council ever believed existed.
3) Stop calling someone who is 52 "THE OLD MAN" ffs.

Well, that was guaranteed to happen. We should all pause for a moment to consider this utter tragedy. "Ant Kersh", the legend, has been taken from us AFTER he's had chance to breed. If only this could have happened two years earlier.
Why do these idiots always manage to pass on the junk that constitutes their DNA prior to cosmic justice delivering death?

To the posters on here that are appaulled etc that people are glad that this reject is dead -
We now live in a society that protects the guilty, a society that vilifies and criminalises those who protect themselves, their families or their property whilst keeping the criminal thieving scum that conduct these acts in the loving arms of the law. If you are attacked in the street and kick the living st out of your attacker then (despite reasonable force yadda yadda) you run a large risk of going to prison yourself, much more so if your assailant dies as a result.
PEOPLE ARE SICK OF THIS. I very much doubt that the posters in question are advocating running around stabbing the nearest yoof that looks like they're up to no good but frustration at how society views these things turns peoples opinions, it's the same with immigration. There is only so much people will take. Remember Tony Martin? What was criminal was that he went to jail. The surviving scrote even tried to sue him for his injuries (he was shot whilst running away). Frankly I hope it hurt, he deserved it. Tony Martin was treated appaulingly by the Police / CPS / Courts etc.
SO, before you come across all holier than thou, pause and consider that. There are elements of society out of control, and the powers that be are rendering us powerless to defend ourselves in the eyes of the law for protecting what is ours. Things need to change and people are extrememly frustrated with the way things are. (to put it mildly)
- Still, at least this ine wasn't a promising footballer.

There have been a couple of cases near where I live where the 'lovable, really nice lads etc etc...' have been killed whilst fleeing the police. In the first case the van was stolen and the driver had a history of offences including theft (unfortunately for him, he wasn't clever enough to realise that the wall he drove into was stronger than the van he was in).
The second case involved a lad who was in a stolen Audi (which the paper annoyingly referred to saying 'he crashed his high powered car' (it wasn't HIS for starters). The driver was already on the run after absconding from his court appearance in Bromley a few days before and was believed to have just committed a burglary in Surrey, which is why he was being pursued (his luck ran out when he tried to take on a lorry coming the other way).
The number of tributes in the paper stating what wonderful people these two were was astounding. You'd have believed they were angelic from the quotes made by family and friends.
No loss in either case as far as I'm concerned. Just feel sorry for the police/emergency services who had to clean up the mess.
