I dont get it. The guy fills in pot holes with flowers and then some moron using his car, on the road of all places...runs over it.............

There was a rather large pothole in my neighborhood that was not being filled quickly enough for the pro-active older gentleman living in front of it. He planted a mature 12 foot tree righ in the road. The hole was repaired that day.
