Local Labour candidate, they have a freepost address

Postie dropped various junk mail through the door today, nothing unusual about that. But one of which was spam from the local nu labia candidate. I was just going to toss it in the bin but on closer inspection they give a freepost address to return the forms.

Since parliament has been dissolved, does that mean that campaign expenses cannot be funded by the taxpayer and must be funded by donations and other fundraising? Amirite?

If so, what's to stop me from sending a box full of bricks to the freepost address so they have to pay the extra postage? For no particular reason, other than it will make me feel better
