Love is a lie, it is merely an exchange of goods/services.
As you get older, you realise this is the case.
We get offended by this blatant transaction, but how many of us are undergoing a similar, but subtle transactions.....
ans:- most of us.
Hats off to him exchanging wealth for pussy in such a rude manner

Love is a transaction but involving the heart, it's not giving blow jobs for food.

One of the original people from those days is actually in the programme, so I don't think it's that far off. The biggest artistic license is apparently that Chris Curry was every bit as argumentative as Sinclair.Micromen (story of Sinclair and Acorn) is currently on iPlayer at the moment

There is more fact in those programmes than you would think. I think the disclaimer at the start about fictionalised scenes is mostly to stop Sir Clive prosecuting for libel. As Tuna says, one of the original people is in the programme. Specifically the pub landlady at the end (Sophie Wilson). Half of the team which created the ARM. Hermann Hauser wasn't quite that wacky, but he did regularly make tea and go out for takeaways for the development people. A pretty good way of getting engineering students to work for you!
I was reading an old copy of Elektor Electronics magazine from 1979 yesterday. Interestingly, these 2 adverts were on consecutive pages:

OOhh, that looks fun - I wrote a PIC emulator, so with a little effort I could run a Mk14 emulator on a PIC emulator in a Java VM on a laptop.http://www.techlib.com/Karen/micro.htm#PIC14
Behold, I iz geek.

I had a look at that project and looked into the 'parts' bin and all my 7-segment displays are common anode. Sods law
But I will give it a go.
