Apparently the guy has referred to himself as "the crossbow cannibal" in court!

Studying criminology and psychology.

It's like something from silence of the lambs.

Ever noticed how people who study psychology are usually lunatics? Especially women.

"..oh great, so what are you studying?"
"Im studying psychology. I find the human mind so interesting."
"Is that the time? Must dash."

Without fail, any girl Ive met who has studied psychology, has issues. Someone must have studied this phenomenon?

That's a sweeping generalisation. But it doesn't go far enough. Without fail, any girl I've met has issues.

Given a choice between that and living in Bradford, I'd say she got a good deal.

Got a link? whistle

The "cannibal" part must hint at more gory details to come...

yes

I'm sure there must be some who are well adjusted and normal.

Somewhere.

I did think they arrested him pretty quickly.

And have also attatched th eother three to him very quickly.

Think he confessed as soon as they got him?

So are assuming in good old tabloid fasion that the girls were killed with a crossbow and he ate bits of them?

What's his PhD thesis on? The perfect murder?

Defence angle will be no surprise, assuming a NG plea of course.
Might be one of those that goes NG just for the extra gory publicity of the case.

cannibal? hmmm,

Wonders about what forensics are up to on the foul drains.
Second thoughts, wish I hadn't wondered about that.

My thoughts exactly. Why bother though? Either way he's going away (if guilty) for a very long time.

yes beyond comprehension for any 'normal' person, almost animal like and devoid of feeling or guilt. Which is handy, because as an animal putting him down won't be an issue to any 'normal' person then.
Perhaps if his self proclaimed title is a hint of the detailed to come then perhaps it would be a very opportune moment to put the death penalty to the vote again........say aye, aye.

As soon as it came out he was doing a PHD, i reckon he was committing the murders according to his theory thinking he had come up with the perfect murder and for the first wasn't bad and completely cocked up the last one.

You speaking from experience? When i worked for the nhs, i used to spend alot of my time in the psychology dept fixing their IT issues - over half of the psychology students were well fit!! The ones that i found had issues were the older qualified psychologists, some were very weird and freaky. Thats both male and female!! I felt they were constantly analysing me. As for the guy who's charged with the bradford murders, when asked for his address he looked around the court, scratched his head and said "here, i guess". Obviously trying the mentally ill game and hoping for to be sent to secure mental unit for an "easier" time?
