In Middle-Eastern high-society, there are "guarantees" and parties share photos behind the scenes. And a large number of them are absolute stunners. Their eyes alone are enough to make you quiver.

There was a case recently in the Gulf where an Egyptian diplomat is trying to divorce his new wife because he was promised, and shown photos, by the mother of a beautiful young woman. He had met and spoken with her but she was fully ninjered up.

On the wedding night, he removed the veil and and found out that she was minging, cross eyed and had a beard.

See if I can find a link.

Uncle Fester said:
According to Islamic teaching, nothing can happen unless god wills it.

Unless god doesn’t exist, he must have spent millions of years causing every species in history to evolve mating behaviour that is sexually attractive to the opposite gender. The evidence for this mating behaviour existing is overwhelming.

If god exists and nothing can happen without him willing it then he must have approved it. The alternative would be to admit god doesn’t exist, or isn’t all powerful.

Suddenly god realises he wasn’t perfect and made a mistake. He corrects this by causing Muslims to believe that they mustn’t appear sexually attractive to the opposite gender.

So god decides to remove their drive to be attractive to the opposite gender. To achieve this he sends an illiterate man to write down his instructions for women. He gives indirect instructions that don’t directly say what to wear. He makes vague instructions about modesty and awaits people to interpret them as meaning they must remain unseen by the opposite gender. To achieve this they must wear concealing garments.

Presumably he must have extinguished the desire to be attractive in Muslim women if he isn’t to be cruel to Muslim women. Otherwise Muslim women would be wearing alluring clothes under their Islamic dress if their husbands and brothers allow it.

My wife is on the management team of a well known supplier of underwear. Their flagship store at Marble Arch can take £1M on a busy day, much of it from Burka wearers visiting the UK and filling suitcases with underwear. They usually buy the sexiest lines they do. Individual Burka wearers are spending a couple of thousand on suitcases full of sexy knickers, then asking for the forms to reclaim the tax when they take them abroad. They can’t want to wear them and feel sexy because god has stopped that; they must want to eat them or something. This isn’t just knickers; this is M&S knickers.

Perhaps if Muslims want to control what their women wear they should make them wear see-through Burka’s that reveal the undergarments so that if women are wearing sexy underwear they can’t hide it.

This suggests god hasn’t changed the way Muslim women feel. All that has changed is the belief of Muslim men.

I saw Top Gear. Clarkson was obviously joking or indulging in wishful thinking.
Utter crap!
Nowhere in Islam does it state that a woman cannot be/appear attractive to her husband. In fact all these concealment business which predates Islam has more to do with protecting women from pervy eyes outside in the street. There is no suggestion that a Muslim woman cannot be seductive to her husband in the privacy of their own home (unless the paparazzi is hanging for dear life on the trees outside) hehe
So it should come at no surprise to you that these covered up women buy sexy underwear.
Of course there are lunatics out there who think a woman is the equivalent of a devil and she should be condemned to a lifetime of asexual behaviour ( in some rural parts of Egypt they circumcise young girls to stop them feeling any desire in adulthood). That does not make it a general rule now does it? There are crazy people in every culture, and every society.
On the other hand there is nothing wrong with saying a Muslim woman should be attractive to her husband only, and Islam clearly does not forbid that.
Jeremy Clarckson said nothing offensive, and if some bearded to$$pot took offence then it's their problem. In fact I thought it was a compliment to Burka wearers.

Seven complaints out of 6,400,000 is about .000008 of the Top Gear audience.

Case dismissed

Edit: just sent the following to Media Watch (http://www.mediawatchuk.org.uk/index.php?option=com_contact&Itemid=3)

"Where do I complain about Media Watch? Every time it issues a statement about Jeremy Clarkson it upsets me.
You people really have too much time on your hands"

are you anjem choudry's spokesperson?
It just seems everytime he speaks, you are listening and then feel the urge to post a link?
Why bother giving him any publicity?
DIdn't the Wooton Bassett incident teach people to ignore him? - well I suppose you wouldn't want to if you were either

a)thick
b)someone with an agenda
c)you secretly want to use his beard as a bugger grip.

I suspect b for you ( c - a distinct possibility) (a - because you supported and still support Tony Blair- you're hero Yes thats TONY BLAIR- the man you want to hug and
posting up stuff like this makes you feel less embarrassed about it.))

Oooh, we are a bit touchy this morning, having a period or something pp? hehe

a)Thick - not necessarily so, are you?
b)Agenda - nope, how about you, you seem to pop up like a whack-a-mole rather predictably with the same crap and the same ad hominem approach to people you disagree with?
b)Beards/bugger grips - not really prevalent in my culture, how about yours?

Tony Blair - I have posted my opinion of TB numerous times on PH, and they do not match your description. I hope you are better at pulling teeth than you are at holding a rational discussion wink

You still doing the insults Shahid? I agree he is a bellend, but the momment Clarkson mentioned burkhas and knickers in the same sentence last Sunday, it was entirely predictable that some uppity muslim would come out with crap like this.

Also predictable was the response to me highlighting it wink

You seem to be very good at painting these mental images Shaid, I always did wonder why they separated the men at the women down at the local mosque, I am now beginning to understand hehe
