Being a resident of their home country I can confirm that yes, they are very much into cars.

It is very common to hear/see any number of Astons/Ferrari/Lambo full throttle away from the lights on the main street that I live near.

Very entertaining viewing from Starbucks on a Thursday night.

Mainly because there is fk all else to do...

hehe It makes sense really...They are effectively the Arab cousins to the hoodied yoofs in our villages/town centres that have nothing better to do during an evening.

They're just marginally better dressed, more wealthy & drive better cars.

The ones around Coombe are a little more discreet, and try to fit it a little bit more with the environs i.e. not running over residents .. but yeah me thinks there's alot of jealousy in that article.

Cutting through all the crap of the article, seemingly the noise problem is supposedly a problem to residents.
All night revving and driving around the streets and wheelspinning etc.
Not being a resident is that a reality or is that something else blown all out of proportion?

It's somewhat ironic that the people moaning about the 'invasion' are going to be the very people with multiple properties all over the world that do exactly the same over the year! rolleyes

Read the article, and I have to say that it's pretty disgusting behaviour, and I'm pretty upset.

I mean those outsize horse Ralph Lauren shirts are so last year.

I think that's because they have less money.

It's just something to moan about, Knightsbridge has the A4 running through it, it's hardly the place to live if you value peace and quiet.

We've got their rich coming here and spending loads of money, they've got our chavs going there and shagging on the beach. Sounds a fair swap. hehe
hehe

spot on.

let's face it..they are mostly a bunch of bds but at least they're bds spending a load of money in our economy.

it's not like a load of pikeys turning up in the south of spain doing dodgy building jobs in exchange for cash in hand and a peroxide hairdo for the missus...

typical daily mail article, racist nonsense with no facts just a vaguely sunjective opinion by one of their bitter and twisted staffers.

I mean, what the **** is this all about

"Many of the younger, more frustrated Saudi girls strip themselves free of the restrictive burka altogether, whooping and shrieking with delight as they change into tight jeans and vertiginous heels on the plane, as soon as Gulf state airspace is cleared".

"The girls who choose to keep wearing their burkas — mostly Saudi Arabians — I am told often sport the kind of make-up that hasn’t been in fashion in the West since the end of the silent movie era. Bright red lipstick, generous helpings of cranberry rouge, eyes kohl-lined in the style of Dusty Springfield"

If i ever get rich enough, I will buy that rag then close it down immediately and watch Britain prosper...

Make sure to include the array of arsewipes that are on display at every supermarket checkout across the land: Take A Break, Hello!, OK!, Heat, Closer, etc., etc., et fking cetera.

Erm, that's Coombeside not Coombe as below:-

http://www.findaproperty.com/displayprop.aspx?edid...

I mean you might get some eccentric types driving clapped out old mercs but it's mostly new bling in Coombe .. the poor f8ckers down the road have knackered out Mercs and old Porsches. wink

Yep!,

I've finally got to see an SLS on Friday parked near the Dorchester :-)

I'll never forget the red carrera (sp) GT parked round behind the Italian embassy. Both had UAE plates which I could not read!.

Awesome machines.

I know it's the Mail, but what the shuddering fk do the s who write this st want? Rich people buying rich peoples' things, ffs.

On the one hand, it's all "OMG RICH PEOPLE SPENDING MONEY" and on the very same page it's "Same dress, different man: Cheryl recycles dress she wore with Ashley for date with Derek" - oh, the humanity.

Never mind lack of capital punishment, or a work ethic, or immigrants, or any of the other clichés about why Britain is Broken: it's exactly this sort of vapid st that is the reason Britain is broken. An obsession with nothing.
clap spot on.

long may they come over here and spunk millions and millions of pounds up the wall, we need it.
And give us the sight of a truly rare supercar too - I've never seen a Koenigsegg in a city-centre before.

Well they should move out of the stty area and move somewhere more pleasant
