Residents living near the Knightsbridge store say their night-time peace is being shattered by the owners racing their sports cars through the streets, describing it as being ‘like the starting grid at Le Mans’.
Well they should move out of the stty area and move somewhere more pleasant Andy Zarse said:

Well they should move out of the stty area and move somewhere more pleasant There's a British Superbike team based not far from where I live, and I frequently hear 'bikes being given the beans up and down the local A-road just round the corner. Don't know whether it's the race 'bikes, the workers on their way home or just fans, but it's nice to hear.

Another famous London jeweller, who would not be named, said: ‘They like big pieces and coloured stones. The sums they are prepared to pay for them are incredible. It is not unusual for Middle Eastern customers to spend £20 million in a single visit.’

Middle-Eastern shoppers are expected to spend £250 million in London this summer, an increase of 11 per cent on last year.
Well something doesn't add up. 'Not unusual' would imply to me it happens a few times a year, and with there being more than one expensive jeweller in London, that 250m spend should more than be taken up with just the Jewels. Someone is telling porkies & acting billy big, or the 250m spend is incorrect. Either way, not great reporting that is it? Zod said:

the daily Fail is crap newspaper, but it sells so we must blame society and the growing obsession with celebrities
Interesting fact: The Daily Mail was specifically founded to be targeted at lower-middle class women. Article 8: The Daily Mail should be forced to print on the front of every edition the words: 'this is a fictionalised account of the news and any resemblance to the truth is entirely coincidental'.
Article 20: The Daily Mail should be forced to print the words 'The Paper That Supported Hitler' on it's masthead.
