Why on earth would anyone harvest CVs nowadays? There are so many people out of work you only have to mention the sniff of a job and you get flooded with applicants.

It is so they can boast about how many candidates they have on their books etc.. and it is rife!

That Gumtree's really good isn't it? Good selection of decent quality people phoned us. Probably isn't much use for brain surgeons or astrophysicists but it's obviously pretty well used by ordinary folk looking for a job.
