There is a court injunction stopping the media from reporting that they may have been killed. In fact there is a super-injunction banning the media from reporting that there is an injunction. Read in to that what you will. I've probably said too much...

Every so often, they let out a little whimper telling us they are still alive but could be killed at any minute. I feel genuinely sorry for them but everytime I think they've gone, they sort of pop up on the news again. And it always makes me think of this scene from Austin Powers
