Un-fricking-believable aren't they? Plus you can read that comment in so many ways, and they'd all be accurate.

It's poorly written software. My selfassessment page says I'm due a refund. If you put a return in and say owe them £100 BY 31st Jan the system says you have a payment due on 31st Jan. If I then pay my £100 which I have it says I am able to have a refund of £100 as it doesn't see the tax oweing till 31st Jan.

Basically it is a crap website.......and it annoys me as I know I can't have a refund but in big letters it says you may have a refund.
