And a student group called the Christian medics go around picking you up and cleaning up all your mess afterwards. hehe

Getting in is a tall order. The average A-level requirement for students is a brain-stretching AAB
Are they not normally complaining about A levels being so easy everyone who takes them get 5 A's

What a terribly article.

Uh, student medics have been pretty heavy drinkers for years - this is not news.

With Imperial it's more a matter of who you know not what you know, any medical school requires at least AAB. The kids in those pictures will be just out of sixth form and TBH that looks tame compared with the stories I've heard and photos I've seen from my daughter's early years at medical school.

I spent a year there some time ago .. Imperial was a hoot. Lots of dweeby engineering types - so naturally they have to let their hair down once in a while. Yep, a terrible article.

I guess someone didn't get into Uni so became a journalist instead?

This is terrible! They should be out on the streets vomiting and urinating all over the place to upset Wail readers, not tucked away in some student bar.

Happy thought - in a few years they'll be at one end of a scalpel and some of us'll be at the sharp end, so to speak.

I recall that it was typical behavour post Wednesday rugby matches. I looked on from afar (~0.5m) in disgust. The main worry for me is how those carefree days seem to get further in the past more quickly as the years go by.

If they can afford to drink then they should have no problem in affording any tuition fees.

I would expect the mjedics would have been too busy studying to dick around protesting.

The only redeeming feature in that article is the "Best rated" comments telling them to wind their necks in. Top rated shares a name with a PHer, too...

‘It’s brilliant,’ commented hockey-player Lauren. ‘People throw up into the buckets and just think the Christians will clean it up.’

I agree and only wish that I had this kind of service available when I went to University...
