The European Court of Human Rights has found the Mirror's right to freedom of expression was violated by the "success fee" it had to pay when it lost a privacy case brought by Naomi Campbell.

hmmm.....that is quite bizarre.

Since when can a 'media entity' have any 'human rights' indeed. Does this not prove that the whole concept behind Human Rights is just way out of control?

No, this is a great ruling. It's the first bit of case law which starts to attack No Win, No Fee solicitors. It's a shame it goes under HRA legislation, but it's the only way to get stuff heard above UK heads.
