Why is she taking them to court?
Perhaps she's been here long enough to realise 'being offended' can be a nice little earner.boredofmyoldname said:
Miserable bd.
I am shocked that nobody Australian is having a pop for the comments made during that episode too.
Why do people get so offended by TV? He should just start an I hate top gear facebook group.

California's broke isn't it?
About the same as the Uk, Greek, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese.. et al.... economies..Your point being?
The Mexicans are California serf labour..
To me the joke is a pretty dated one that wasn't really that funny, but appeals to a broad amount of people who love stereotypes..
Like the Hyundai dog thing that clarkson did at the Motor show back in 1990's (I was there in the audience).
Wasn't funny, but legal action? Ridiculous. Whilst I'm happy every time Clarkson comes unstuck (I still root for Eric Bana to hit him every time I watch 'Love The Beast', when he tells Bana, "All muscle cars are crap") the idea of taking legal action against someone for a joke is madness.
