Let me think....
No...
I got nothing.
His one and only "accomplishment" is being dismantled by a combination of repeal actions and court findings of unconstitutionality.
So.
No. Still nothing.
Or, if being really cynical, his main accomplishment is not being oldish (or just plain old), particularly wealthy or not white. It would seem that he thinks he's doing the right thing while managing to do a reasonable job of doing the wrong thing, thus managing to be just as rubbish as his recent peers.No...

The chap will be remembered in history but most likely for one reason only.

Do any of you realize what the New START Treaty is about? Do you realize that this since 1991 the US and Russia has reduced the number of nuclear arms by 50%? And that today we are on the road to reduce it again by another 50% in 7 years?
We are doing something good for the world here. We are bilaterally agreeing to remove nukes from the world. And all I read is stupid off topic comments about Bush, Obama's citizenship, etc. that have nothing to do with the topic at hand.
All of you are reading everyone else's comments and the context of this article within the framework of a WikiLeaks cable (of which I see no reference to as proof).
President Obama ratified the New START Treaty this Wednesday. Today, Clinton and Lavrov are to meet to make it official. This is a great day for the world to reduce the number of nuclear arms by another 50%.
How can you all be so upset about that? Who cares if the US gave to Russia the missile count for the UK Trident Program? These are submarines that carry a limited number of missiles. Its not like all missiles in inventory can be deployed at once. Only up to 16 can be at any given point in time. Then they have to be reloaded.
By the time you go back to port to reload, the world is blown up.
This entire missile count issue is MOOT. Yet so many of you get so worked up about this and not see the bigger picture here. You Brits benefit by a reduction in nukes deployed.
Besides, if there was a nuclear attack, your country is blown into smithereens due to having no defense against the great numbers of nukes Russian can deploy against you. You need international assistance and America is one of them.
So quit your complaining and see the bigger picture than your bitterness or perceived "screwover". Today's New START Treaty signing is a magnificent event for the world. If you don't see it that way, you are totally lost in your view of the world.
This has nothing to do with Obama. This has everything to do with continuing the successful bilateral agreement between arms reduction we have had for the past 20 years!
UPDATE: I see the authors of this article suddenly fixed their article by putting a link to the Wikileak cable document just as I posted this. These authors of this article made a claim and should have cited their source. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WRITING.

True... but it would nice to see russia take a few confidence building measures such as refraining from flying nuclear bombers down our coastline.Russia knows we have the bomb. that's all they need to know. Only need one to wipe moscow off the map.

Even if Obama was disguised as a cow's arse, and Mojocvh tried to hit him with a banjo from a range of three feet.

It's just diplomacy. It's Obama getting back at Britain for releasing the Lockerbie bomber. Not personally, just because he's unpopular in America and needs his government to be American and slap one of its allies in the face to make it look like he's a real patriot.
The fact the deal is with Russia is probably for some oil or some other bull-crap that America wants.
Nothing to worry about, really.

Lots of actually accurate points on what this version of the START treaty does and why it's important.
I can only assume she's American then...As for this whole wikileaks thing. It's a bilateral treaty so to a large extent the British don't matter. You're talking reducing more deployed nuclear weapons in the world by a greater amount then the combined totals of either the British or the French combined. When you're talking at about such amounts the handful either country has deployed at one time doesn't matter. Besides I'm surprised none of you have figured out why the Russians asked... The reason is that that Britain, or Europe in general, doesn't depend on domestic defense. Sure you have two nuclear armed nations but in reality actual defense is created via the US Military Umbrella with the most important aspect of it being the NATO treaty. Russia asked because they should worry that the US would be hiding additional weapons outside of the bilateral treaty in NATO member states or under control of states with a high level of treaty obligation. But at the end of the day they just seemed to move on. More important things to worry about.
