Cost of two bullets is far cheaper that the circa £30,000 is costs to house somebody at Her Majesties pleasure.

It's not that difficult. Sure if they were to slot some bloke sitting in the Nero's who made a careless comment then fair enough but by the sounds of it, and in the cases we are talking about, there's a chap who stands up and shouts words to the effect "I'm going to blow you all to hell." I see no reason not to slot them.
Worst case scenario they remove a moron from the gene pool. I mean how dense do you have to be to do something like that, even with out intent?
Years and years ago it used to be standard to reply to the girl at check in that the only item you were carrying for someone else was a clock a nice Irish chap had asked you to take over for his mother. You’d be a total pillock to say something like that now (even if you weren’t then...)
