1) Distance from Liverpool to Sapporo : 5452.1 Miles
( 8774.3 Kilometers / 4734.6 Nautical Miles )

If even there was, they would be unlikely to do so. An incredible people with a very strong sense of what it is to be Japanese, and for some the lingering knowledge of their history. Japan still does have a prison population of 75k after all, so there must be a few Japanese people who are less than honorable at the end of the day.
There is no looting, because there is nothing to loot. It really is as simple as that. Looting requires 2 key things:
1. Buildings to loot from
2. Things inside the buildings to loot
