No, it doesn't. However at that end of the market there is very little difference in price between something that needs gutting and something that's ready to rent with a cheap white bathroom suite, magnolia walls and beige carpet already fitted. Pick the right one and you're ready to go.

There is a reason why this is so cheap. Monthly management fees £186 and clause in the lease that excludes Letting.
