I sent a message yesterday sarnie regarding one my family looking to get a new mortgage, one of them is in the uk on a 2yr spouse visa.

Is there an online mortgage calculator that will show me what i could get as a mortgage, based up my salary, bonus and overtime?

There are dozens if not hundreds online.......all will return a large variance in figures though so beware.....

That's my concern, as some vary quite wildly.
I guess there isn't a "reliable" calculator that is close to accurate, and where you step in.

Hi sarnie, you replied on another thread earlier today about a deposit on a FTB mortgage, is it worth me getting her to e mail you about it, even if it is still a no go, at least she would know for sure.

Long time lurker, first time poster.

Another massive thumbs up for LT Mortgages.

Not only did Sarnie square us away for our first home 2 years ago but he has just secured our re-mortgage.
