Well I completed today, been a long 14 months of house hunting. I think I originally messaged Sarnie over 2 years ago asking his advice and wanting to start the process, so we've come a long way. He helped me out and gave me plenty of good advice throughout it all, as well as being a decent bloke as well.

Many thanks!

Hi Sarnie. I think that you recommend a conveyancer, I seem to remember you suggesting someone to me in the past. If I’m right could I please have her contact details?

Just like to say thanks Sarnie.
Just had the email to say mortgage completed 10 minutes ago.

Will be back in contact hopefully in March to see what can be done on company BTLs.
Cheers

Another satisfied customer here. Moved in last week. No previous experience as we were first time buyers but thanks to Sarnie the mortgage all happened seamlessly.
Absolutely no doubt who I’ll email when we move.

Hi Sarnie,

If I have 2 parts to my repayment mortgage with the same company (both on different interest rates) and the smaller portion is due to end its fixed rate 11 months before the other, do I have to remortgage the smaller amount with the same company or can I look elsewhere?

Your total lending always has to be with the same lender smile
