Sarnie, do you mind if I send an email with some very silly (probably) mortgage questions? I haven't held one before so it's all a bit new to me as I get ready to buy

Don't know how many times this thread can be resurrected, but can only echo what people have said here before. I was not in a great position, managed to back myself in a bit of a corner, not only did Sarnie sort it, his honest advice along the way was welcomed, and the whole process was utterly hassle free!

Life can move on again now, can't wait!

That still puts shivers down my spine. biglaugh

On the 2nd of January you can normally say "we haven't spoken since last year", but of course we only spoke an hour ago when you tried to get me to buy that villa you liked for summer holiday's!

Anyone wanting the best mortgage deal should speak with Sarnie. I would go elsewhere for a massage though! smile

This is spooky timing, I was thinking about Sarnie only last night and wondered if he was still around - I talked to him on the 350z forums years ago when he had the lambo.

Sarnie...I may be in touch, thinking of moving next year (I move house a lot) but it isn't straightforward this time as my missus is newly self-employed and wants to be on the mortgage.

Any preference between a mail and a call? Can do either.

Have a remortgage coming up but would appreciate some advice on offsets (and if we're missing anything).
