Looked at bellzone minutes before closing and there seems to a huge difference in buying and selling prices
6.26 to buy and 5.91 to sell. That is easily the profit margin in a share like this so why such a big percentage difference?

I'm staring at my rather average selections this morning wondering why other people don't agree (like them enough to buy them)biggrin

When I realise it's already gone 9.30 here in the US and I have something to dump as the results on DMND were anything but spectacular.
The price is 26+ Yikes and Why!....I quickly opened my account and managed to sell at 25.58 before it dropped back to 24.40.

Booked 500, should have been a grand. If I'd been paying attention.

The game..... whats the UK code for Gazprom I thought it was OGZD ?

We've all been there hehe

Out of 77 players only 7 are in profit. Just goes to show how tricky this is to get even remotely right.

One player was at one point over £10k in profit and has subsequently lost £8k. yikes

Damn I havent even looked for a while. To answer your question, work got in the way. It seems 90% of our team has saved up all their holiday and taken the whole of december off. Its been manic so ive not been checking in at all. to be honest i forgot i was even in this until yesterday when i had a little look.

Also I dont know what the heck im doing.

But Im blaming work. yeah its deffo just cause of work.

But it is an excellent way to help someone new to the market to learn some of the realities.
The real cost of trading. Stamp duty, commission and wide spreads on some less known shares can add up really quicklybiggrin

One loser will often cancel three winners.

It also goes to show a degree of realism rather than the usual bollix that is touted around the internet forums. Too many false beliefs given by fantasists that are wannabe-traders and tales of only rising trades. The reality is often very different and this game benefits not only in educating but also evidence of how many losers there are to every winner.
