good salary for a mid 20's person
Discussion
I live in a relatively cheap to live town and i earn 26,200 a year.
Now all of my friends seem to be on more than me barring one, yet when i tell people my salary they think its decent.
What do you think is a good salary for someone in thier mid 20's who doesent live in an expensive city??

i have two people who work for me and are mid 20's ish, (24 and 26) one went to uni no on £45k basic £70k in total last year, other one who didn't go to uni on £65k basic earned £105k last year

They do both work very very hard probably 50+ hours a week and the non uni one works hardest the other one won't make it.

Do you enjoy your lifestyle? That's all that really matters. You're already in the wealthiest percentile of the world population, so IMO you should think more about what you can do with your salary instead of what you might be missing out on! I've done the whole 'X makes £100 more a month than me' and all it will do is make you unhappy - no matter how much you make, there's always someone making more...
I would not settle for less than £150k PA. Although I would live a frugal lifestyle; I should drive a (remapped) 535d during a week day, and an MX5 on a weekend.
I should own a watch that cost equal to the MX5.
I should read the Daily Mail, and vote Tory (if not UKIP)
Also, who here hates Mums Net?!?! Nest of vipers! AMEYERIGHT?!
