Hi,

My 82y/o MIL wanted some pensioner bonds, no computer so helped her fill out an online application for the NS&I online service. Apparently they send a letter with log in details etc.

This was over 3 weeks ago and nothing, does it really take this long?

It takes at least that long to get any prize cheques for Premium Bonds so I wouldn't be surprised.

It took a couple of weeks for my Mum to get her letters after we did the online application. I'd give it until the end of the week, then give them a call.
