Anybody recommend an app for the IPad for retirement planing?
Looking for something that can input expected income windfalls & future liabilitys in?

Are you referring to growing money for retirement, or drawing down from, at retirement?

I suppose both, I'd like to retire in about 4 years and am wondering how long I can afford to
live before it all runs out.

http://www.firecalc.com/

Should be a good place to start.
It uses historic US data though, but is a good place to start from

Honestly mate, don't even think about decumulation in a linear sense, which is what you would get from an app. There are too many risks and other variables, namely, sequential return risk, legislation etc. You're looking for some pretty big standard cash modelling tools to predict accumulation and (hopefully!) growth.

Wasn't after anything that technical, just looking to put some pluses and minuses to see how it pans out.
