My house and land is now in the local plan for housing but don,t know how much to sell for.the house and land is 4acres in total and in Lancashire. Any advice would be helpful

Up here agri land is around £3500/acre. With full planning permission it's much, much more. Could be £100k/acre.

I'd suggest you'll be somewhere in between hehe
