Hi all, any recommendations for a financial advisor?

I've never spoke to one before but I'm well into my 30's now and need some advice juggling mortgages and property development projects.

You might want to talk to a specialist mortgage advisor and an accountant, as a middle-of-the-road IFA might not be too interested unless there is some money for them to manage or insurance product to sell.

A fee based IFA may be the way forward
