anyway pleaded guilty by letter-didn't have any points so thought id get points and a big fine
nop the magistrate wishes for my personal apperrance feck
it was a fully marked police car they have the chase on dvd they only got my at 124 cos there big ass Volvo takes ages to get to high speed
what sort of ban am I looking at or are they gonna make an example of me
lost interest in the bike now cos I loved going out for a good blast in the evenings
my mate got caught on the same road farther up
there was a zzr 1400 behind him he thought he wanted a wee race yea he raced him till he got to 154mph and put a blue light on!

Good luck mate, I can't help with your question, but just ignore the self righteous holier than thou answers that will be coming your way on here. The only thing I would say is given the speed differential involved I would get a lawyer on board to mitigate the circumstances as much as possible.

You went past a jam sandwich and only got clocked at 124MPH because it took too long for the officer to get up to speed to start measuring yours.... okay...anyway pleaded guilty by letter-didn't have any points so thought id get points and a big fine

How long did your mate spend in prison for being caught at 154MPH in a 50?

to be fair, anybody who does 124mph past a fully marked up Police car in a 50mph limit deserves everything coming his way. There will be a ban of at least 2 years, a fine and a retest. The only thing I would say is given the speed differential involved I would get a lawyer on board to mitigate the circumstances as much as possible.
Its not luck he needs, he needs proper legal advice and a little time to review his observation skills.
