IG have announced they are introducing an "custody fee" to look after my shares of £24 a quarter.

Frankly I think its taking the Micky, and combined with a few other reasons like high brokerage fees for American shares, and having to pay for access to certain markets I am looking to move broker.

I want -

PC and Android mobile access
Two factor authentication
Low management fee
Good fill/sell prices.
Ability to trade out of an ISA
Stable and viable business

Interactive Brokers is my next favourite option, but they don't allow ISA only a SIPP subaccount and I need to go through some and they have 10$ month fee on SIPP accounts.

Have a look at De Giro. https://www.degiro.co.uk/

De Giro pretty much meets all of your requirements but I don't know about the ability to trade out of an ISA account.

But definitely, have a look at them. Very low fees and a great service.

Had that email too. That is one hefty fee imo. I am therefore looking here http://www.x-o.co.uk/2-steps.htm

Happy for any other suggestions though.
