Has anyone else had their dividend payments delayed? I use Halifax Share Dealing Platform and waiting overdue dividends from THRL and BBOX. Halifax are saying they haven’t received the £’s from the companies yet though THRL was due on 28 May.

I’m also still waiting for APTD but Halifax said they’ve now received the dividend which was due on 27 May and will be paying me ‘shortly’. frown
I use HL and sometimes dividends have taken about a week after their payment date to arrive in my account. I've emailed about this and it's to do with getting the money from the company and then into the account.

I think you need to be a bit more patient, you need to consider Monday was bank holiday and nothing would happen then. Give it a few more working days imo

MTFB : Still holding here. Occasionally read LSE on the subject but take that at a pinch.
I have 88,000 shares at an average of 0.85p. However, I've not received any notifications myself yet.

I bailed on MFTB about 2 months or so before the news because I needed the cash at the time, so more luck than judgement! Always wondered if it was still going or there was ever going to be a turnaround!

Still holding what was £10ks worth of MTFB, which is now something like £200, if the resolutions all pass and the RTO happens. £200 more than I thought I had, albeit I do think the shareholders have been shafted.

I’ve held McBride (MCB) for a long time and showing a good profit. They had a profit warning last month which led to fall but there’s been another big fall today and I can’t see an obvious reason. Anyone know?

The poo’s hitting the fan today, I’m neither buying nor selling. Anyone brave enough to invest right now?

I took some profits about two weeks back anticipating some turbulence.

Not sure if this is just the jitters or the start of a long overdue dose of reality.

Will continue to hold.

"Every past market crash looks like an opportunity, but every future market crash looks like a risk"

I don't think we're quite at the crash levels of sell-off, but I'm certainly looking to add to a few positions over the coming weeks. Volumes are pretty low at the minute so any bad news is going to have a disproportionate impact.

It was an opportunity when I wasn't in it and it is now a risk that I am in lol. However happy to just keep dripping In funds each payday.

Sounds like a wise strategy. I’m just going to carry on reinvesting dividends for now.

I picked up Kosmos Energy for $ 2.27 which looks cheap, received the buying info from a friend in London.

The dripping in method from income is bullet proof. You don't really need to worry about corrections.

Exactly. Once you accept that the market knows more than you, and you probably don't have time to react to news anyway, then it's no longer a worry.

Have a diversified portfolio and keep paying in regular amounts and you can sit back knowing that you're probably doing alright.

Nice big dividend from Rio Tinto coming. Should hopefully have a wee rise up to ex div date then then likely fall fromm there but as long as that creates a new high it gives it somewhere to the price to head towards.

Anyone else still holding PHE?

Their construction dates have now been pushed back a year. Down 16% yesterday, and another 10% today.

Still in profit but thinking off selling half, and seeing what price I can buy back in at in 6-12 months.

Still holding, and significantly down I'm afraid
