Last year we bought another home, before we sold the current one. The old home is about to complete (I hope) and I wish to claim back the additional 3% Stamp Duty we were charges on the purchase.
Where do I go to sort this, I guess it's gov.co.uk?? Any advice please.

Your Solicitor who transacted the stamp duty in the first place?

It can be done online through the gateway. You will also need to request the SDLT UTRN from the solicitor that paid the Stamp duty land tax at the higher rate.
