Fencing quote sanity check

I've had a few fencing contractors round to quote for replacing about 100m of 4 rail sawn post and rail with "UC4 treated posts". Only one has come back with a price so far, at £3.5k + £1k for rabbit netting. This seems excessive to me, but am I wrong? The quote includes clearing out the old fencing and cutting back some overhanging branches and bushes that block the line of the fencing. We are keeping the old fencing.
