The honest answer is that I really don't know, it seems to be randomly generating a colour for it. I'll get Laura to select a nice colour and have the team apply this to everyone.

I'd probably give IM a quick call?I had 3 (automatically generated?) emails before midday confirming switch from cash to Recovery, and then another email approx 30 mins ago from Dan - again confirming investmentment in Recovery for all 3 accounts. Excellent communications from IM - thank you

Hi StuartYou set the investment up as a BACS transfer and if it is still in your bank account you will need to speak to your bank as to why they have not forwarded it to us.
Please contact Nik if you need your IM Client Money bank account details again (though you should have received this already from us via email).

Call me stupid but do I need to also make a payment from my bank account as well as set this instruction up in IM or should have this BACS instruction in IM requested my bank to send the cash?You set the investment up as a BACS transfer and if it is still in your bank account you will need to speak to your bank as to why they have not forwarded it to us.
Please contact Nik if you need your IM Client Money bank account details again (though you should have received this already from us via email).

Hi Julian. I'm on board with PH Recovery too. Well, have submitted the request on the IM site so funds should transfer over in the next week or so. Also transferring same amount into IM Optimum Defensive as my bank savings were earning basically nothing so seemed sensible. Good luck everyone!

I don't know why some others are experiencing problems, but we are onto it.

Yes you do. It did seem a bit strange to me. Need to set up the instruction on IM website to get the account number and importantly the reference number....then need to go and send a bank transfer citing said reference number.All worked fine for me but would have felt more confidence if a simple debit card payment could have been made similar to how i'd fund other investments elsewhere.
