I'd imagine they've been inundated with requests and it's just taking time to filter through to our dashboards. I'm in the same boat but I'm not worried. It'll be right and we all know Julian will make sure of that smile
We have, but the systems are automated.

Thanks for your words and I certainly will (pitchforks focus your mind! smile)

Is it as simple as “once company X had doubled, we sell and convert to cash”?
If it was I wouldn't be investing - a stock could go up by 90%, then return from whence it had come, and the exercise would have been entirely futile. Hence my proposal some time ago for options with different percentages. However that's been replaced by an even better idea, which is that stocks will be sold when IM feel they've had a good run. What that run is nobody knows, but that's what you're paying 0.67% for. It's actively managed, but only once per stock.
Spot on John.

Thanks for that Mike, understood now.

Each company will have a different target point, so not all have 100% potential in them and some have more than 100%.

It is all also linked to the time of a recovery. If we can all lock in a fantastic return over a short time period and the future outlook for these companies looks to be threatened, they we will take this return and move to cash (always with the possibility of going back in again at a future point).

So basically it is all about try to extract a high return without letting greed or emotion get in the way. The metrics of this will always remain open.

I must point out that this is all hypothetical at the moment as the data feed is now live and we are all down 4% at the moment.

So I had a word with Rishi Sunak yesterday morning and mentioned there was a big bunch of us on PH who would would really appreciate it if he could introduce some strong measures to get the travel, hospitality and house building sectors pumped back up - and he seem to have listened! biggrin

Cheers

Yeah mine too. Not that it matters but be interested to hear which stock/s are responsible for the loss so far?

Same here, transfer from other IM funds initiated when PH Recovery went live on Thursday, but still showing as "in progress". Maybe it will update with morning feed? No great shakes unless the 100% growth has already happened!
It should be showing and I can't understand why it isn't for you. Try refreshing your screen and if it still not please contact me or Nik.

Cheers

Hi Julian, mine's the same, fund transfer initiated from my existing ones and they've been accepted and in progress for a couple of days, presumably it's because they need to be sold before they can be re-invested. I'll drop you a mail.

Hi Julian

Quick question about how the buying process works

Should the individual transactions (PDFs) behind the fund add up to the amount I originally put in? When I add together the total of those PDFs, it's ~5% less than the original amount I put in so just curious where the rest goes? Does it relate to the company which is showing as 'deleted' (which I assume is either pending re-investment, or just delayed in appearing as completed?) - Or a new pool maybe? hehe

Ref the one which shows as deleted, is the fund feed/balance omitting the stake/value of these?

Cheers
Yes, they should. What has happened is that we have been delayed in buying into Royal Caribbean (the deleted stock) and so yes, you are not seeing this in your balance as it is in cash with our custodian still.

This transaction history shouldn't even be live as it just a back office tool and can be quite confusing (as has been the case here). Your main data feed includes the cash element in the valuation.

I trust this answers everything, but if not just give me a shout.

Cheers

Not that I've been looking for a new PH Recovery donut on my dashboard every day for a week cause that would be sad.

Hi Julian,

Had an email about an hour ago confirming the first of the transfers. As I said, I'm not overly worried and sure that they will all work their way through, probably today. Also, seeing the slight dip yesterday perhaps it's meant to be!

You can point your finger at:

ITV
Easyjet
WH Smith
Compass
Mitchells and Butlers.

Not that I'm tracking individual stocks on T212...

Forgive my ignorance - it may be because my funds only cleared into PH-R today and therefore nothing has happened yet, but where does one see the 'live feed'?

I'm looking for a wiggly line somewhere, or a constantly fluctuating counter showing my massive gains, but all I have is a flat line. Is the live feed second by second, or does it update daily?

Julian, just to give you some feedback on what I'm seeing on my dashboard at the moment - I'm not chasing to get it fixed, just letting you know so you're aware...

I received an email today saying I've now successfully moved some money from IM Global to PH Recovery.

My top donut is showing two IM Global in the key, but one purple segment (possibly a hangover from making two transfers to IM Global?) and PH Equity. So only purple and gold. There is no PH Recovery showing in my donut.

Below this I have 'Current Holdings' and this only states IM Global and PH Equity.

I then have three subsequent donuts for IM Global (all good), IM Global Withdrawal (which I no longer have holdings in so should this still be here?) and PH Equity. No PH Recovery.

Then at the bottom I have Switch Request Completed IM Global to PH Recovery.

So as you can see I have a lot of contradictory information in the same page.

Maybe this will all sort itself out automatically tonight as we flip into tomorrow? If not I thought I'd let you know. As I say I appreciate that you've been making a lot of changes so I'm sure that it'll work its way through.

That said, I am now expecting a 125% return for the inconvenience of having the wrong coloured donuts...whistle

I got an email from Julian just now, informing me that IM are launching a new PH recovery fund.

Nice to know wink

(I know, I know; there will be some IM members *not* on PH................won't there?)

Daily, so the value is a day behind (the value shown on Thursday is the closing value on Wednesday).

Very similar story here, an email to confirm one of my switches, but no PH Recovery showing in funds breakdown or on the donuts. Again, I'm sure the data will pull through in good time.

Edit - to say I'm absolutely not knocking IM!

In fact I get much the same thing with Fidelity, though without the doughnuts. It just seems that when you move stuff about, things take a few days and weird anomalies happen. For example I sold a fund recently, but afterwards it was still showing. Tempted to see how many times I could sell it before they found out... then moved the cash to the bank and there was completely random value showing for a while. There's defo a roomful of hamsters in wheels somewhere...

Is the delay not because the shares need to be bought when you decide to join the fund?
