Problems with Nationwide's PPI complaint page

Anybody used it recently? I am stuck on the first page! It refuses to accept a perfectly correct phone number whatever spacings I put it in, if I only put 2 previous addresses in the 3 previous address slots it gets all salty, and if I fudge everything so it's getting what it wants it still won't go on to the next page saying there is a problem but without telling me where or what it is. Basically it seems impossible to get to the next page.

I am using Chrome,will try again in IE tomorrow but would be surprised if that's the problem.

It's almost as if they don't want me claiming...
