BAB

In the absence of not being able to vent to anyone about BABs appalling sp dive I thought I'd see who I can whinge at directly in the company, extract from their investor contact page below.

Firstly it seems I have to PAY them to call them as a shareholder. wtf really??!! Maybe I'm a tad naive but I was expecting a dedicated 24/7 hotline to the FD and Director for investor relations.

Secondly I know someone here struggles with no spaces after a comma. But BAB can't be bothered inserting spaces between words. Is this the next iteration of text speech, minimalise everything and ditch all spaces?

(Note to self: Triple the blood pressure medication tonight).

did you ring them as its up today!

edited to day by the time anyone reads this it will prob have lost 5% as usual

BOO - YES for once I was right. Funny how the doom merchants on LSE have gone very quiet.

Couldn't get a order to process so didn't top up until at 264.

Now showing a profit and wondering when to sell. Thinking this could be 350p by end of the week or back to 400p even? Likely to drop off a bit today as some take profits???

No idea.
I've just set a sell on HL for 300p as that will recover my losses on AA/Babcock that I used to fund this and will leave a small amount in there just to see what it does over the next week or so. *If* it gets to 300p today it'll bring me back on zero over the last 6 weeks I reckon.

Thats not a nice thing to say about the shareholders in this thread. tongue out
smilesmilesmile very funny! Welcome back Benbay, strong return!

BooHoo are my new favourite immoral clothing manufacturer - they’re now my 4th largest holding, if they fully recover they’ll maybe become my 3rd..

I’ll add them to my sin stocks..

Had a rough few weeks and my current holdings are down about 10% overall, thankfully I had been trading more regularly in the weeks before and had cashed out some gains so I am still 15% up overall since I started in April.

Holding AA, RR, Cine, Menzies, Capita, Costain, IAG, IPF, Petro Fac, Llloyds, SIG and RPS.

I think its a case of leaving them for 12 months now and I only check every few days now as its going to be rough for a few months at least I suspect.

Nice one greggy - hold a few of those as well, going to be choppy but should be a very different position in 12months as you say.

And then IDP to the moon! (Hopefully)

CINE finally moving in the right direction. Up almost 7% today. Whilst not flying, at least it shows confidence.
