Read something on lse chat in June that today was the date a rights issue took effect. Luckily sold my small holding then for a small profit as it was being predicted share price would crash today. They were right so far !

BOO isn't having the bounce back it had last week (so far). Glad I got out of it last week at 307p - might go back in depending on what it does today/tomorrow.

congrats on timing so well. I got out at 280ish. Think it may dip to 200p today - almost tempted to jump back in. May average down easyjet today - currently 2% down again.

Sea of red on AIM but apart from Easyjet and Menzies I am currently blue.

If it dips below 200 then I'll go back in for sure, famous last words but it's unlikely to drop further than that hehe

Fallen away a bit now, wish I had put more in I did. May ditch some other AIM crap and put it into TILs, this has still got plenty of increase in SP to go.

US pre-market looks very green https://markets.businessinsider.com/premarket

Hopefully the UK afternoon session is a little more positive.

I can get a live price for KEFI on Halifax, so I suspect it is more down to the broker than the stock.
It is.
There's been plenty of time I could buy skin on HL but not on 212 so not simply a case of liquidity.
I can always get live prices on T212 but not always an immediate trade. Sometimes it seems to wait until the auctions as per what the lse themselves say. Maybe if brokers have clients wanting to buy and sell then they will match them themselves immediately if all numbers match up. Otherwise they wait for an auction. Just guessing though. I guess the point is don’t expect immediate trades for illiquid stocks as you may be disappointed!!

but isn't that due to the rights issue, which enabled you to buy 11 shares for every 5 held at 25p?

Balls

I will admit on here and it is not easy to admit that is a fk up by me.

It is not a huge loss in the grand scheme of things but I bought after the rights issue date and didnt bother to check if there was one.

A lesson learned.

That's what I am thinking, may drop VAST (model toy train mining, thank TCX for your thoughts on that update) and ARS and stick it into TILs.

I think the only positive thing I can say about today is that it’s almost over!

Oil stocks did well - have PMO and RDSB.

Didn’t top up on Boo in the end, might do so tomorrow. I noticed Quiz had a similar story run about them and their share price dropped by 20% before finishing just up...

I would think so but DYOR as I don't hold the stock

but you should get a bunch of shares that cost you 25p and are instantly worth 46p, which compensate you for your existing shares tanking from 80p to 46p

That assumes the share price sticks around that level until they are actually issued.
