Throwing myself at the intelligence of PH again,

Cut a long story short my current bank require me to go to branch for every transaction of my Dollar Account. Is there any online banks that allow USD transfers online?

For Clarification; I am in Italy, my current bank is Unicredit. I transfer both to other European Dollar accounts in Germany and to Stateside banks and Credit Unions - all pretty normal stuff, if it weren't for having to go to branch 4 times a week for fluffing filling out Carbon Copy Transfer Requests!

Help!

I've started using TransferWise borderless. They seem very good. There were some anti money laundering bits to deal with for some transfers and they were communicative and quick.

I have looked into them, but as we are transferring 20/30k a time the fees are huge.

What I am looking for is a Europe based Dollar Bank Account with online transfer access. I think.

I use transferwise myself and dump it into a Starling UK account.
I too move large amounts of money but I do it slowly, over the course of a few days. I generally do £5000 at a time and it takes about 3 days to clear everything then i do it again. I find the fees very reasonable. Once it clears i start moving the £5000.

Have been using transfer wise a lot. Moved $15k to pounds and then to my home bank last night

Fees, $60 and took less than 2 minutes from the starting the conversion to it being in my bank account.

Also have a MasterCard that works very well.

Not sure if still possible put later 00's I had a Wachovia account in the US and linked it to my papyal. I was buying a condo out there and used to add money in GBP to my paypal account then push it to my Wachovia account, I didn't pay fees but max I used to so was $1500 at a time so not sure if fees applied for higher amounts.

Wachovia are gone now I believe and I have no interests as such in the US but the account is still live on my PayPal and i'm sure if could still push to it if i wanted.

My italian bank are having nightmares with these transfers. Coupled with COVID, carbon copies needed for transfer, it is killing me.

60$ in and out and an hour in the bank every morning now.

I need an online bank, preferably intermediary, that will hold our $ and transfer to smaller CU's and Banks in the US with minimal hassle.

It sounds like you really need an account at a US bank. Shoot me a PM and I'll see if I can help.
