Another good RNS from ODX this morning has led to a day of decline in the SP. Seems about par for the course.

Glad I held on to my ORR shares now. So no doubt I've cursed them by typing that out but as things stand I'm now 69% up on them. Still plenty of room for them to pop too.

my deepeverge price hasnt moved in last 2 hours on 212 as if the share has been suspended or something - anyone else notice this?
Mine is the same, no one wants to buy it.

Stamp duty question, I know aim doesn’t have it is it the same for us shares? Do I need to start buying £ 999 At a time?
I have bought US shares and not had to pay stamp duty (I was buying over £1k).

Price Waterhouse Cooper's stepping down as auditors over concerns about governance. The Boohoo directors are awarding themselves an upto £50M bonus each based upon share price, without putting it to a vote of the shareholders. Boohoo are putting the auditor job out to tender, and PWC are not tendering.

Boohoo share price is down over 15% at the moment.

The question is should we be buying or selling Boohoo? I'm still up, just, having bought in July, but they are a company that seems to sail pretty close to the wind. Although the independent report into the low wages/sweatshop scandal effectively cleared them, the boss's brother was previously reported to have some tie up with the suppliers in question so its hard to believe they didn't know what was going on.

Last weeks RNS suggested to me the sp had risen too close to the potential sale price and they needed to bring some reality back to it. I am expecting a profit from here (say 15% min) but obviously would love the LSE £1 sp !
Hi Mike

I am curious - whilst not wanting to get overly excited, how did you interpret that dismissive RNS (we have to do this, its all good) as any sort of dampener?

In fact it was notable that it did NOT include the usual speed ticket language "we know of no reason for the share price increase"

Wirecard, didnt follow that wasnt that fraud as in serious fraud i.e we make profits off 200m with 80 billion in assets when infact it was all ste.

Yea happy long term just city boys taking it for a ride I guess. Done well buying omnthe previous spike to 220p, bought 225,250,280 and sold 380p. If it breaks 250p, I'll hedge with a short target if 200p.
Name me a growth stock I mean serious growing company that isn't worth less than 100m and isn't a gold miner in timbuktu, shame for boohoo they really have/had something.
Done so well of late but pfc, saga and now boohoo in the long term holds.

Cash required so out of AVCT with a small gain sold some BOO for a loss. Can accept that but in the past, when a stock I've had rose sharply they've dropped even quicker so I dumped BZT for a few hundred profit. If I'd stayed with them it would be a couple of thousand.
Got a profit and still gutted. Would have paid for nearly half my new car.

an orderly change of auditor (you must tender every 10 years) is fine

an auditor resigning and saying "keep your fee, we won't touch you with a bargepole" is quite another

I read this as boohoo governance practices being so corrupt it has made the auditors position untenable such they cannot give a clean bill of health

What is that old addage about time in the market not timing the market. Will buy another chunk when it decides to stop. High streets and malls Are finished online is where it is at.
